Shipping and Delivery Policies

1. We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Occasionally some addresses will be outside of our contractor's delivery areas. We do not normally deliver overseas and if you wish to discuss this please ring +61 412 550 995.

2. Shipping costs are influenced by size and weight of your order and your location. This will be calculated in your shopping cart and added to your total before checkout for you to see. To simplify matters we have standard shipping prices for Western Australia (Capital and Rural) and for all other States (Capital and Rural) based on a unit item of purchase. 3. In general delivery will be within one week or receiving your order. If there is likely to be any delay we will contact you to discuss. Although we endeavour to deliver in a timely manner we are not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery.

4. We will contact you within two days of your order if any goods you have ordered are not available. For this reason providing appropriate contact details is important.

5. Wine will not be delivered to persons under the age of eighteen (18) years. To satisfy this requirement we may request that satisfactory evidence of proof of age is provided before delivery can be made. We ask that delivery is made to:
a) to the adult person who placed the order, or
b) to another adult person at the same premises who undertakes to accept it on behalf of the person who placed the order
c) Anyone at the nominated address who receives the goods is presumed to be authorized to receive the goods
