Cabernet Sauvignon 2008

We have released this wine in time for Christmas 2010.  

Scored by Ray Jordan at 92/100, his tasting notes read: 'Excellent follow-up to the gold medal wining 2007.  This is a more precise and slightly more fruit intense wine.  Ripe, fleshy blackcurrant mineral characters on the nose.  Ripe tannins and understated oak along with plenty of warm flesh carry through to a long finish.'  Cellar 5 years.
