Chimes wines are made from Estate-grown fruit from vines producing small parcels of grapes which helps maximise fruit flavours. The Cabernet’s are aged in new French oak and our winemaker is Liz Dawson from Fermoy Estate. A range of award-winning red and white wines are available.
